NEW YORK (Reuters) - Swindler Bernard Madoff was temporarily moved to a prison in Atlanta from New York and was in transit to yet another facility on Tuesday, a U.S. official said.
A spokeswoman at the Federal Bureau of Prisons said Madoff “had left Atlanta and was in transit” after U.S. prison records showed that the disgraced financier was taken to the United States Penitentiary in Atlanta, Georgia, from his New York jail cell.

Crooked Wall Street financier Bernard Madoff has been sentenced to 150 years in jail for swindling investors out of billions of pounds.
The 71-year-old was handed the maximum prison term for the crime, despite apologising in court to his victims.
Madoff said he would have to “live with this pain for the rest of my life”.
He admitted masterminding an enormous pyramid scheme that duped over 4,000 investors out of their money.

Like all other debts, credit card debts are pretty worrying, but the thing about these plastic cards is that we tend to use them impulsively and console ourselves thinking that we’re only using it in for small amounts or just this once. But what we seldom realize is that these small amounts add up and the ‘just this one time’ occurs too many time causing us to drown in our own irresponsibility and ending up in a tight financial situation. If you find that your latest credit card statement is way over your head, then it’s about time to settle your debts and start clean.
